Probability

Today is a long block in class and Mr Max is teaching us about probability.After teaching us more about probability he assinged exercise three to work on.

Permutation & Combnation

Today Mr Max spent the class teaching us about permutation which is an ordering of things or objects in which order matters.And combination which is an ordering of objects in which order doesn't matter. I have a deacent understnding of combination ofter he showed us the example but i am going to need practice for the permutation part of this unit.

Fundamental Counting Principal(F.C.P)

Today we started class with mental math. Then we corrected question four about pathways. After this we started on fundamental counting principal.

Today in class we started with mental math. After this Mr max let us work on our vectors assingments i find this stuff we are doing easy and i dont need much practice to do well on the questions.

Today we started with mental math. Then Mr Max assinged a vector project due for Nov 27 . I have no idea what im going to do it on yet. For the rest of the class we worked on the vector assingments.

Today Mr Max gave us a question that asked how many ceiling tiles you need to cover a room 445 cm by 350 cm. I did not figure out the awnser but will keep trying. Also today we had to hand in the spot check that was handed out yesterday in class. I think i did well on this except for the first two questions.

Today was a short block in class. Mr Max gave us the whole block to work on a formula sheet of the test we will be having some time this week. we did not learn anything new today.

Personal finance

Today we did some practice questions on net worth, loans and interest. i did well i find all this stuff rather easy and wont neede to practice it much if any.

Today Mr Max taugut us about net worth, debt equity ratio, and Gross Debt Service Ratio.

Tuseday Sept 29

today in class we learned about sequences Mr max showed us two was to do it the one i think ill be using is on Excel.

Thursday sept 24

Today Mr Max gave us a test review for our test tomorrow it was basically all the stuff we have learned so far this year so there is nothing new to write about today.

Wed Sept 23

Today we did a mental math i did not do so well i only got two out of five. Then after mental math Mr Max checked our homework and we had a long discussion on if he should assign homework for the next day and if it was not done give us a chance to finish it and still get the marks. Then we went over our homework assingment and he showed us one more question just as a review. Then he assinged question 7 in exercise 8 to challenge us so we know if we can do directed networks.

Tuseday Sept 22

Today Mr Max taught us about networks and matricies. It took the whole class (day 2) to show us how to do it then right at the end of class showed us that what took the whole class we could do in like two seconds on out calculators. After this he assinged four questions for homework.

Friday sept 18

today in class we learned about trancition matrices. With the instruction Mr Max has given up i find it not to difficult but trying a question on my owne it is difficult to know where to start.

Sept 17

today we learned how to ues matracies to sovle problems and example of one is: A corporation has two types of factories that produce kitchen and bedroom suits. then it askes to find weekly production of each and it was 170 kitchen and 240 bed and a total cost of 114800 a week

Goals

My goals for this semester and this year is to pass all my classes and to have a descent grade average. Goals for next year is to get in to a college in either Brandon or the pas and apprenticeship for welding
